New accusations have surfaced against Josh Homme , lead singer of Queens Of The Stone Age . After Brody Dalle , the musician's ex-wife, alleged that he hurt and threatened her in various ways, now it's the turn of the singer's current boyfriend, Gunner Foxx .
According to Rolling Stone , Foxx, who began dating Dalle a year after the artist's separation, revealed in a court filing that Homme allegedly threatened his life during a "terrifying" confrontation at a California shopping mall on December 24th.
The incident allegedly occurred inside an Apple store at Oaks Mall, where Homme reportedly approached Foxx from behind, pressed his chest against Foxx's body, and said, "I'm going to kill you, you fucking little shit." Foxx added in his statement that after leaving the store, Homme was waiting for him outside.
“He then tried to use the momentum of his upper body combined with his grip on my arm to throw me over the railing. I could feel one of his nails digging hard into my hands. At that moment, I really felt he was going to throw me off the balcony to my death,” he recounted.
Homme's representatives have not yet commented on the situation.
Dalle and Homme have been fighting for custody of their children. In early September, Josh Homme's children filed for a restraining order out of fear of their father , alleging that he is "abusive." Orrin, 10, and Wolf, 5 – both children from the Queens of the Stone Age vocalist's former relationship with Brody Dalle – claim that their father is "terrifying" and they fear for their safety.
According to TMZ , Orrin reported a recent incident in which his father even touched his private parts and threatened in front of his children to murder their mother's current boyfriend. Read more here.
