Judge Lawrence Riff of the Los Angeles County Superior Court ordered last Friday, the 15th, that Brody Dalle , the Distillers , allow her ex-husband, Josh Homme , leader of Queens of the Stone Age , to see their children Wolf and Orrin while the legal dispute continues (via NME ).
In addition, the authorities requested the installation of four monitors to supervise the former couple's children at all times while they are with their parents for the next 30 days.
In early September, Josh Homme's children filed for a restraining order out of fear of their father , alleging that he is "abusive." Orrin, 10, and Wolf, 5 – both children from Homme's former relationship with Brody Dalle of The Distillers – claim that their father is "terrifying" and they fear for their safety. According to TMZ , Orrin reported a recent incident in which his father even touched his private parts and threatened in front of the children to murder their mother's current boyfriend.
So far, only the musician's eldest daughter has had her request accepted . According to new information published by TMZ , Orrin and Wolf's request was denied. Although Camille , the singer's 15-year-old daughter, requested an extension of the protective order granted to her siblings as well, only the distancing order for the teenager was granted by the court.
