Brody Dalle was found guilty on one of the charges brought by Josh Homme in the custody battle for the couple's children.
Last Friday, the 19th, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge sentenced the lead singer of The Distillers for "failing to hand over her youngest child" to her ex-husband on the agreed date. According to Judge Lawrence Riff , Dalle violated the court order. Brody Dalle's sentence will be determined on November 30th, and the singer could face prison time for the crime.
Despite this, the singer was acquitted in three other parts of the process. In one of them, the judge accepted that the eldest son, aged 10, would not visit his father on his own.
In early September, Josh Homme's children filed for a restraining order out of fear of their father , alleging that he is "abusive." Orrin, 10, and Wolf, 5 – both children from the Queens of the Stone Age with Brody Dalle – claim that their father is "terrifying" and they fear for their safety. According to TMZ , Orrin reported a recent incident in which his father even touched his private parts and threatened in front of the children to murder their mother's current boyfriend.
