British band headcage showcases their power in their latest single. With heavy riffs and impressive vocals, "shrink" features an explosive and melodic chorus, narrating a patient's dialogue during a consultation with a psychiatrist.

The band had already been highlighted by Wikimetal as one of the Groover for their sound that blends classic hard rock with elements of current alternative music, resulting in a heavy, raw, and highly original mix.

In the lyrics, the band seeks to raise a socially relevant issue by addressing the difficulties of the therapy process, speaking from the point of view of a patient who opens their heart about all the insecurities in the process of recovery.

"The band hopes to highlight the struggles and anxieties surrounding therapy and that expressing these concerns can make the process easier," they explained in a press release.
