Following the excellent response from critics and the public to Bring Me The Horizon , Post Human: Survival Horror , the band has reassessed the next steps for the release of the upcoming EPs in the Post Human , previously announced to NME to be released within 12 months.
In a recent interview with Kerrang!, keyboardist Jordan Fish explains how Survival Horror changed the band's plans, "We planned to do four EPs in a year, but the last one was almost an album, so I think we're going to be spacing them out more than we had planned, just because they're probably going to become bigger than we anticipated."
“That doesn’t matter, as long as they’re good,” he clarifies in the conversation, held at the end of 2020. “We’ve been writing and stopping for a while now, so there’s a lot of material being worked on. But we haven’t gotten into the rhythm of writing the next EP yet, we’ll probably do that in the New Year.”
