Bring Me The Horizon has finally announced the release of their new album, Post Human: NeX GeN , for this Friday, the 24th. The project will be available on digital platforms starting at midnight.

The album follows the acclaimed Post Human: Survival Horror , released in 2020, which featured collaborations with artists such as Amy Lee, YUNGBLUD , BABYMETAL, and Nova Twins . NeX GeN is the second in a series expected to contain around five albums, all tied together by the same concept of a society living in a post-apocalyptic world affected by a vampiric virus described in the first album. In this new chapter, the remaining humans cling to the idea of salvation and place their trust in the false promises of an entity from another planet called NEXGEN .

Initially, the second part of the Post Human was scheduled for release in September 2023. However, a few weeks before, Bring Me The Horizon postponed the release indefinitely, claiming that the album wasn't ready "the way [the band] wanted it."

The group has been releasing singles since 2021 that will be part of Post Human: NeX GeN . These are: “DiE4u”, “sTraNgeRs”, “LosT”, “AmEN!”, “DArkSide” and “Kool-Aid”. In November, they return to Brazil for their biggest show yet, at Allianz Parque stadium, alongside the bands Spiritbox , Motionless in White and The Plot in You . A few tickets are still available on the official Eventim website .
