Brian May revealed in a social media post that he suffered a "minor stroke" that left him without control of one of his arms.
“I’m here to bring you some news first. The good news is that I can play guitar after the events of the last few days. I say this because I had some doubts, because a small health problem happened about a week ago. What they called a 'minor stroke',” he said in the video he posted.
Queen guitarist John May, who revealed he suffered a stroke "out of nowhere," said he kept his health status a secret from fans because he wanted to wait until he was better so they wouldn't worry about him. "I didn't want to say anything at the time because I didn't want anything to do with it… The good news is I'm fine." May also said he received treatment at Frimley Park Hospital in Camberley, Surrey, England.
Although he is doing well, he revealed that he still needs to avoid some daily activities until he is fully recovered.
