An old video of Brian Johnson , the lead singer of AC/DC , singing "Hold the Line" by TOTO , has gone viral on the internet in recent weeks, especially on TikTok and YouTube.

Similar to one of those mashups , where a well-known song is manipulated with vocals from famous—and often unlikely—artists, this is actually real.

Geordie reunion show , a band Brian Johnson previously participated in, the footage is from 2001. Two months after the end of Stiff Upper Lip , the vocalist did a short tour with Geordie II Bon Scott 's death .

During the Geordie II tour, they played six shows across the UK. Including two dates in their hometown of Newcastle, for a very small audience.

Throughout the setlist, the band performed career hits, including tracks from their debut album, Hope You Like It . However, in addition to the aforementioned TOTO cover, Brian Johnson and his band performed versions of the classics "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" by Nina Simone, and "Rock And Roll" and "Black Dog" by Led Zeppelin .

Formed in 1972, Geordie consisted of musicians who played in bars at night. These included Johnson, Vic Malcolm (guitar), Tom Hill (bass), and Brian Gibson (drums). The band played hard rock with an aesthetic similar to the glam rock of the time.
