In the Virtual Maiden project
Vocalist Raphael Mendes, known for the band Three Of The Beast , recorded a cover of " If Eternity Should Fail " from Iron Maiden's album "The Book Of Souls." The track was created as part of the Virtual Maiden project, in which various musicians around the world come together to cover a song by the band.
This version of If Eternity Should Fail , which can be seen below, also features Tony Rhodes, Vini Brogiato and Atte Karstila on guitars, Joe Hammond on bass and Ari Käyhkö on drums.
Raphael Mendes had already gained notoriety for jokingly imagining what it would be like if Bruce Dickinson sang in other bands like Guns N' Roses and AC/DC, among others.
