The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame concluded online fan voting on Wednesday, the 6th, and released the results.
Bon Jovi received 1,162,098 votes, surpassing Moody Blues (947,726 votes), Dire Straits (613,726 votes), The Cars (552,707 votes), and Judas Priest (538,467 votes).
According to the rules of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the five most voted will be included on a single ballot, which is equivalent to one extra vote for each of them.
Now, the outcome depends on the Hall of Fame jury's vote. On December 13th, the artists to be inducted will be announced.
