Richie Sambora will reunite with Bon Jovi for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony.

Alec John Such will also be part of the meeting.

Bon Jovi has revealed that they will reunite with their original lineup to perform at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in April.

Richie Sambora and Alec John Such will "play a few songs" with the band as part of their Hall of Fame induction , completing the lineup of: Jon Bon Jovi (vocals), Tico Torres (drums), and David Bryan (keyboards).

Bassist Alec left Bon Jovi in ​​1993, while Richie left in 2013, and since then rumors of a reunion have surrounded the group.

Speaking to Billboard, the drummer said: “We have a history together and I think it’s incredible when you can relive that – not just for us but for the fans as well. I think when you reunite with longtime friends, there will always be strong emotions involved.”

Currently, the band is on tour supporting the album This House Is Not for Sale, released in November 2016. The 33rd Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony will take place on April 14th at the Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio.
