Bon Jovi has announced Forever (Legendary Edition) , a re-release of their 2024 album Forever. The new album features collaborations with artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Avril Lavigne, Robbie Williams, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Ryan Tedder, The War & Treaty, and Joe Elliott of Def Leppard . It is scheduled for release on October 24th.
The new single “Hollow Man”, featuring Bruce Springsteen , will be released this Friday, the 29th. In a statement, Jon Bon Jovi said: “More than just a collection of collaborations. It’s an album born out of necessity. Without the possibility of touring or promoting an album we were all very proud of, I decided to ask some friends for help in a time of need. They are all great singers, artists and also incredible people.” The singer referred to the vocal problems he faced that made him say he might never perform live again.
The vocalist concluded: “The result is an album with a new perspective and a new spirit – a collaborative album that proves we all survive in this world with a little help from our friends,” the vocalist continued. “I feel tremendous joy and gratitude in releasing this album, and I think that shines through in the music. I can say with certainty that there is always something bigger than ME, and that something is US.”
