Bon Jovi sings off-key while performing "Wanted Dead or Alive" live; fans urge the singer to retire.

During a show in North Carolina, the musician had difficulty hitting the right notes in the loud music.

A video taken by someone in the audience shows footage of Jon Bon Jovi at a concert on April 9th in Raleigh, North Carolina. Despite the good quality of the images, the singer delivered a rather embarrassing performance of one of his biggest hits, "Wanted Dead or Alive".

During the performance, it's evident that Bon Jovi had some difficulty hitting the song's notes, which are already quite high and would naturally present a challenge as the years go by. During the performance, Jon not only sang off-key but also lost the beat several times.

The singer finished the song seemingly noticing that the performance hadn't gone as expected and was aided by his guitarist's backing vocals, which further highlighted his effort in singing the hit song.

Some comments on the YouTube show affection for Bon Jovi's career, but ask that the musician retire or take a break for a while.

“Time to retire. Your work is eternal, thank you Jon. We will love you forever,” wrote one internet user. “It was a great band, but unfortunately the time has come to stop,” wrote another. A third person expressed concern and disappointment with the singer's performance. He wrote: “Something is very wrong. At the end of last year, Jon did an acoustic set with a clean, strong, powerful voice. It seems he has forgotten how to sing, how to reach the notes. Even in previous years, he was bad, but he managed. Today he can no longer do that.”
