In Forbes' list of the highest-paid musicians of 2013, Bon Jovi is the highest-ranked rock band, in third place, with US$79 million. Above them are only pop singers Madonna (US$125 million) and Lady Gaga (US$80 million).

According to Forbes, Bon Jovi's "Because We Can" tour earns approximately $3 million per city visited. Last year, Bon Jovi was sixth on the list, with estimated earnings of $60 million.
