The lead singer of CPM 22 Badaui , showed he was keeping up with the news and didn't miss the opportunity to comment on the irony of President Jair Bolsonaro to Russia .
Bolsonaro, who based his candidacy and his mandate on attacks against communism, participated in a tribute to communist soldiers after declaring solidarity with Russia , which is currently facing tensions with Ukraine .
Sharing a post by journalist Sâmia Bomfim on Twitter , Badaui recalled a line from one of CPM 22's lyrics and wrote: "I would sing: 'The world turns...'"
The song in question is called "O Mundo Dá Voltas" (The World Turns) and is found on the album A Alguns Quilômetros de Lugar Nenhum (A Few Kilometers from Nowhere) , from 2000. The president's appearance is being commented on social media using the hashtag #BolsonaroComunista (Bolsonaro Communist).
