The soundtrack features 22 tracks produced by Brian May and Roger Taylor.
Queen , in partnership with Virgin Records and Universal Music, released this Friday, the 19th, the soundtrack for the film Bohemian Rhapsody , which will tell the story of Freddie Mercury and his colleagues.
The 22 tracks were produced by Brian May and Roger Taylor and include a recording from the band Smile , which the members had before Queen.
Bohemian Rhapsody will star Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury, Ben Hardy as Roger Taylor, Gwilym Lee as Brian May, and Joseph Mazzello as John Deacon, and will explore the band's rise to fame leading up to their 1985 Live Aid performance – six years before Mercury's death – which took place at Wembley Arena in London.
Bohemian Rhapsody will be released on November 1st and will feature a screenplay by Justin Haythe ( The Lone Ranger ) and Anthony McCarten ( The Theory of Everything ) and direction by Dexter Fletcher, after Bryan Singer was fired.
