Bohemian Rhapsody took home four awards and became the most awarded film of the 2019 edition.
Bohemian Rhapsody was the most awarded film at the 2019 Oscars. It took home four statuettes: Best Film Editing, Sound Editing, Sound Mixing, and Best Actor for Rami Malek . Three other productions tied for second place with three awards each.
Black Panther won Best Costume Design, Production Design, and Original Score. The fan-favorite Roma won Best Cinematography, Best Foreign Language Film, and Best Director for Alfonso Cuarón . And Green Book, the big winner of the Best Picture award, also won Best Original Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor for Mahershala Ali .
The 2019 edition was marked by a flurry of awards and some surprises, such as Green Book winning Best Picture. Since the ceremony had no host, Queen and Adam Lambert kicked off the party by playing "We Will Rock You" and "We Are The Champions".
