Last Wednesday, the 16th, Bob Dylan announced on his social media that he will be holding an online concert called Shadow Kingdom , marking his first performance since December 2019.

According to the post, Dylan will perform “in an intimate setting” and will present renditions from his extensive catalog created especially for this event. The singer turned 80 in May and in 2020 released the acclaimed album Rough and Rowdy Ways . Tickets and more information about the event can be found here.

To celebrate Bob Dylan's birthday, Chrissie Hynde , lead singer of The Pretenders released the album Standing in the Doorway , featuring reinterpretations of some of the legendary artist's lesser-known songs.
