This documentary marks the first time Bob Dylan has appeared on camera in over ten years.
Netflix has released the first trailer for Rolling Thunder Revue: A Bob Dylan Story , Martin Scorsese 's documentary about the 1975 tour . The film, which arrives on June 12th, will accompany the release of Rolling Thunder Revue: The 1975 Live Recordings , which will include 14 discs.
The documentary will be Scorsese's second work about the musician, the first being No Direction Home in 2005, and marks the first time Dylan has appeared on camera in over ten years.
“It wasn’t a success, if you consider making money a success,” says the singer-songwriter in the tour trailer, “Life isn’t about finding yourself or finding something. Life is about creating who you are.”
On June 7th , Dylan will release Rolling Thunder Revue: The 1975 Live Recordings , a 14-disc archive featuring previously unreleased versions of the recording of "One More Cup of Coffee (Valley Below)". Watch the trailer below.
