Bloodbath has announced their arrival in Latin America with the "A Sickening Latin America Tour 2026" . The band will make their debut with a single show in Brazil on September 8th at Carioca Club in São Paulo. The tour will feature support from the Brazilian band NervoChaos .
Bloodbath is a Swedish death metal band formed in 1998 as a side project of renowned musicians from the extreme metal scene. Composed of Jonas Renkse and Anders Nyström (both from Katatonia ),
Mikael Åkerfeldt ( Opeth ), and Dan Swanö ( Edge Of Sanity ), since 2014 Bloodbath has featured a new vocalist – the legendary Nick Holmes , from Paradise Lost .
With acclaimed albums such as Resurrection Through Carnage (2002), Nightmares Made Flesh (2004), and The Arrow of Satan Is Drawn (2018), Bloodbath has established itself as one of the most respected bands in the contemporary extreme music scene. Despite constant lineup changes, the band maintains its brutal sonic identity and remains active, releasing albums and occasionally touring at specialized festivals.
