As promised , blink -182 has shared the title track from their upcoming album, ONE MORE TIME… , with a new video directed by Carlos López Estrada .
As a surprise, the classic lineup of Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge , and Travis Barker also shared another new song from the album, “MORE THAN YOU KNOW.” Listen to both songs at the end of this article.
ONE MORE TIME… , scheduled for release on October 20th by Columbia, is the first album from this lineup since 2011. The 17-song tracklist also includes the single “Edging,” which blink-182 released in late 2022.
When announcing the album, Barker commented on "ONE MORE TIME," saying that it focuses on the question of "why do catastrophes like me being in a plane crash or Mark being sick have to happen for our band to get back together?"
Barker was one of the producers of the new album and stated in a press release that it deals with "themes of tragedy, triumph and, most importantly, brotherhood." ONE MORE TIME… will be available on CD, cassette tape and multiple vinyl variants. Access the pre-order here .
ONE MORE TIME… was recorded during the band's reunion tour, which is scheduled to include a stop in Brazil in 2024 as a headliner for Lollapalooza Brazil . The first shows of the highly anticipated tour were supposed to take place in March of this year in South America, but were postponed due to a fractured finger suffered by drummer Travis Barker .
