Blaze Bayley Iron Maiden vocalist , tested positive for COVID-19 and had to cancel his participation in the Planet Rockstock event, which was scheduled for November 13th. The news was released on the musician's official social media accounts.
According to the statement, the singer will need to remain isolated for at least 10 days. The statement did not detail Bayley's state of health, but the lack of information encourages fans to assume that he is fine and simply needs to isolate himself to avoid contagion.
The show that Bayley was scheduled to perform in the UK at Planet Rockstock was part of the promotion for his solo album War Within Me , released in April of this year. All the songs were written and produced by him and guitarist Christopher Appleton .
