Vocalist Blaze Bayley has announced that he will release War Within Me , a new solo album, on April 9, 2021. All songs are composed and produced by him and guitarist Chris Appleton.
Last month, the musician commented during the Brutally Delicious about how the pandemic had changed his plans for the album: “We’ve had a lot of time now, which we rarely have, so this is the time to cook, stay away from the songs and come back a few weeks later to see how we feel, if it still makes sense or if it’s just a riff that’s in my head because Metallica did the same thing 30 years ago.”
