The band Lethal Fright , a project by Brazilian Douglas Arruda with guitarist Nunes Italiano , released the music video for "Low Frequencies," featuring Blaze Bayley , former vocalist of Iron Maiden .
The song also features keyboardist Derek Sherinian , who has worked with Kiss, Alice Cooper , and Dream Theater , and drummer Jonas Schütz . The mixing was done by Kevin Shirley, producer for Iron Maiden and Dream Theater.
“It’s a unique opportunity, and also a way for us to experiment with our sound. Working with Kevin was surreal, considering that we were heavily inspired by Dream Theater’s album Scenes From a Memory. The interesting thing is that this song combines elements of the best from both bands, within our vision and interpretation,” commented the vocalist.
The track is part of Lethal Fright's second album, titled LF-MMXX , scheduled for release in 2022.
