The album is the first in four years

Black Veil Brides have released their fifth studio album Vale , the successor to their self-titled 2014 album.

Its release comes shortly after vocalist Andy Biersack revealed that he is working on his second solo album, which will be released under his label Andy Black, a sort of pseudonym for the frontman.

Vale was released by Lava Records, a label of Republic Records/Universal Music Group, and features twelve unreleased tracks.
