The re-recording will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original album.

Zakk Sabbath Black Sabbath tribute band formed by Zakk Wylde , guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne and vocalist for Black Label Society , has announced that it will release a reinterpretation of Black Sabbath's debut album.

The release will take place on the day the album turns 50, February 13, 2020, in a limited edition. Titled Vertigo , inspired by the record label that released Black Sabbath's debut, the album will also feature Blasko , Osbourne's bassist, and former Queens of the Stone Age drummer Joey Castillo.

Pre -orders for the 500 copies of the album are already sold out, having started last Tuesday, the 21st.
