Black Sabbath: Tony Martin's album box set gets a release date.

Tony Iommi had previously said that the box set would be released in 2023.

Tony Iommi posted a video on his social media announcing the release date for the box set of Black Sabbath from the Tony Martin .

The musician said at the end of 2022 that the box set would be released in 2023, but in a recent New Year's post, he explained ( via Blabbermouth ): “Well, I’ve now been informed that it will be released in May. It’s been held up with paperwork and legal issues. But anyway, it will be released in May now, if you’re interested, and I hope you are.”

Iommi also recalled working with the Birmingham Royal Ballet on a Black Sabbath ballet, as well as his participation in a Sky documentary.

He also highlighted his participation in the show with the Hollywood Vampires and the song with Serj Tankian of System Of A Down .

The guitarist also commented that he is working on new material that may or may not incorporate orchestral elements.
