The Minas Gerais trio Black Pantera Ascensão this Friday, the 11th, bringing more of the band's characteristic heaviness, which mixes punk, hardcore, and heavy metal.
The new album features an explosive mix of alternative rock, nu metal, and grunge elements within hardcore, and includes two notable guest appearances. One is by Rodrigo Lima of Dead Fish , who appears on "Dia do Fogo," and the other is by the indie trio Tuyo , who provide an interesting complement to the closing track, "Estandarte."
Black Pantera announced Tuyo's participation a few days before the release of " Ascensão" and said they were very happy to welcome the indie pop trio to participate in "a beautiful song that speaks of all forms of love".
