Black Pantera will represent Brazilian metal at the Afropunk festival's Black Spring . The band from Minas Gerais is among several Brazilian acts from various genres scheduled to participate in the broadcast.

The event aims to "celebrate and amplify the voices of Afro-Latin and Caribbean artists" with programming broadcast from Miami, in the United States, Bahia, in Brazil, and the Dominican Republic.

In addition to Black Pantera, the lineup includes Brazilians Jup do Bairro , Seu Jorge , and artists from other countries such as Rico Nasty, Dawer x Damper, Projexx, ChocQuibTown , among others.

This will be Black Pantera's second performance at the festival. The band performed at the 2016 edition in Paris, and now returns for the virtual version of Black Spring . The 2021 edition takes place on April 23rd and will be streamed for free on Afropunk's official social media channels.
