Profanatica , a black metal band from New York, sold a vial of drummer Paul Ledney at the band's official merchandise table during a show.

Loudwire began appearing on social media merchandise table from the show that took place last Wednesday, the 9th, at The Regent Theater in Los Angeles. In the photo, the table displayed what was advertised as "real Paul McCartney semen." The small vial, containing a whitish fluid, was being sold for US$50 (R$277.00 at the current exchange rate).

In the comments section of the controversial post, a user named Claire Darling confirmed the nature of the content, stating that she was working at the merch . "I'm the merch girl, and yes, it's real. And it was my idea too," she commented.

Shortly after, Darling shared an announcement on her Instagram stories , saying the product was sold out. “Waking up to a bunch of sperm merchandise I told the band to sell on the merch table wasn’t on my 2025 bingo card,” she shared.
