The video celebrates the re-release of the debut album Sonic Brew (1998)
Black Label Society released a colorful, fun, and lively video for the track "Bored to Tears" from their debut album Sonic Brew (1998).
Directed by Justin Reich, the video is part of the promotion for the release of the album's commemorative edition. Titled Sonic Brew – 20th Anniversary Blend 5.99 – 5.19 , the new release arrives on May 17th.
Speaking about the project, vocalist and guitarist Zakk Wylde revealed that he asked Reich for a video “in the style of Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson .” “But after watching the clip, I think he doesn’t know who those legendary movie icons are.”
Sonic Brew – 20th Anniversary Blend 5.99 – 5.19 will be released by eOne Music to mark 20 years since the label acquired the rights to the band's entire catalog. The edition will also include a piano version of "Spoke In The Wheel" and an acoustic version of "Black Pearl".
