The last album was in 2012.
Bassist Glenn Hughes said in an interview with LoudMag that the new Black Country Communion album is scheduled for September. When asked about the album's progress, Hughes replied:
"It's coming out in mid-September. I'm meeting with Joe [Bonamassa] and Kevin [Shirley, producer] tomorrow to listen to the mixes. It's all done, ready to go.".
The band also includes guitarist Joe Bonamassa, drummer Jason Bonham, and keyboardist Derek Sherinian. The album is being produced by Kevin Shirley, who has previously worked with Iron Maiden, Rush, and Led Zeppelin.
In November, Hughes had announced that the band's new album would be released on May 20th. The band's last album, "Afterglow," was released in 2012.
