The band went into the studio

Bassist Glenn Hughes posted today on his official Facebook page confirming that Black Country Communion has entered a Hollywood studio to record their fourth album. The post tagged the other band members: guitarist Joe Bonamassa, drummer Jason Bonham, and keyboardist Derek Sherinian.

Also tagged in the post was producer Kevin Shirley, who has worked with Iron Maiden, Rush, and Led Zeppelin.

In November, Hughes had announced that the band's new album would be released on May 20th. The band's last album, "Afterglow," was released in 2012.
