Bob Spitz , author of the acclaimed biography of the Beatles , The Beatles: The Biography , will have his new work released in 2021, this time about Led Zeppelin . The book Led Zeppelin: The Biography will be on sale from November 9th.

Considered by Dave Grohl , Jack Black , and many others to be "the greatest rock and roll band of all time," Led Zeppelin's story was told by what Blabbermouth called "an undeniable and irresistible authority from Spitz." The website heaped praise on the author , writing: "His nose for the atmosphere, the context – the music, the business, the recording studios, touring life, radio stations, fans, the whole ecosystem of popular music – is unparalleled."

The text goes on to state that the music is "only part of the legend." " Led Zeppelin is also the story of how the '60s became the '70s, how playing in clubs became playing in stadiums and having your own private jet, how innocence became decadence," it was written.
