The progressive metal band Between The Buried And Me is about to release the album Automata II . The first part of the work was released in March.
“We never want to repeat ourselves,” said guitarist Paul Wagoner . “We’re always trying to do something different, and this album fits that pattern. We put ourselves in new places while maintaining our basic sound. Musically, we go somewhere fun and challenging. We never know how it’s going to end. These are uncharted waters for us. We never write a whole piece and present it in separate parts.”
