The first weekend of Best of Blues and Rock 2025 took place last Saturday, the 7th, and Sunday, the 8th, in the city of São Paulo. The festival occupied Ibirapuera Park on two cold and rainy days, but that didn't deter the public.
On Saturday, the gauchos from Cachorro Grande opened the festival, followed by the energy of Vitor Kley . The main attraction was the debut of Richard Ashcroft , former vocalist of The Verve , ending with Dave Matthews Band , who performed in a sold-out show.
On Sunday, Paula Lima opened the day with her Soul Lee , followed by the nostalgia of Barão Vermelho . Richard Ashcroft and Dave Matthews Band closed the festival for the second consecutive night with shows featuring different setlists but with an enthusiastic audience.
