Behemoth released their new studio album, Opvs Contra Natvram, this Friday, the 16th .

The album, the band's 12th, features eight other tracks, all written during the COVID-19 pandemic. Speaking about these ten tracks, Behemoth's leader and founder, Adam “Nergal” Darski , commented in a statement: “The album title means going against the grain. It's the negative side of moral values and ethics that I'm against.”

“I have seriously struggled against the destructive trends in pop culture – cancel culture, social media, and tools that I feel are dangerous weapons in the hands of people who are not competent to judge others. This is something I find very destructive and disturbing – and very limiting when it comes from an artist's perspective. My middle finger to all of this.”
