Spencer Elden Nevermind album cover , has altered some details of his lawsuit against Nirvana to include new evidence that strengthens his allegations of sexual exploitation and production of child pornography .

In the new version, Elden claims that Kirk Weddle , the photographer responsible for the cover shoot, also took pictures of the baby dressed as Hugh Hefner , the founder of Playboy . This would reinforce his argument about the baby being portrayed as a "sex worker, clinging to a dollar bill."

Furthermore, passages from Kurt Cobain , published in 2002, were also cited. "Undated diaries written by Cobain contain sketches of the album cover in a sexual manner, with semen around it," the document states. "In several passages, the diary describes Cobain's troubled vision for the Nevermind , as well as his emotional problems: 'I like to make incisions in babies' bellies and then fuck the incision until the child dies,'" it quotes.

The documents also reinforce the claim that the photographer intended to "provoke a visceral sexual reaction in the viewer" by activating Spencer's "gag reflex before throwing him underwater in positions that emphasize the exposure of his genitals."
