Abbey Road Beatles album , was released 50 years ago, in 1969. Even so, it was the best-selling vinyl record of the 2010s, according to Nielsen Music.

According to the company, the Beatles' 12th studio album has been the favorite of Americans for the past decade. Last year, the album celebrated its 50th anniversary and returned to the market with a "super deluxe" version of 40 tracks, released by Abbey Road Studios and Universal Music Group .

The ranking of the 10 best-selling vinyl records of the decade also includes other iconic albums, such as Dark Side Of The Moon , from 1973, and Back To Black , from 2006.

Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack , comprised mainly of hits from the 1960s and 1970s, and Lana Del Rey 's Born to Die are the only albums on the list that were released between 2010 and 2019.
