Nightwish 's tour in Brazil, which takes place in October of this year , will feature the Finnish band Beast In Black as the support act, replacing the defunct Armored Dawn as the opening act.

Formed by Yannis Papadopoulos (vocals), Anton Kabanen (guitar), Kasperi Heikkinen (guitar), Mate Molnar (bass), Atte Palokangas (drums), the band released the acclaimed Dark Connection , their third studio album, in 2021.

After two postponements caused by the pandemic, Nightwish returns to the country to promote the album Human.II.Nature (2020) with two shows in the country this October, passing through Rio de Janeiro (13th) and São Paulo (14th) before continuing with the tour through Latin America, with stops in Argentina, Chile and Mexico. Last year, the band Armored Dawn was removed from the Knotfest festival lineup and ceased operations due to the involvement of vocalist Eduardo Parras , who is also a businessman and partner in the Prevent Sênior health insurance network, in a scandal investigated by the COVID Parliamentary Inquiry Commission .
