This Friday, the 26th, Beartooth released their new single “The Past Is Dead”, which came with a music video featuring lots of pyrotechnics and a sinister hooded figure chasing the band members.

Along with the music, they also announced that they will release their fourth studio album , Below , on June 25th. It can already be pre-saved here . This is Beartooth's first album in three years, following 2018's Disease

According to NME , Below Caleb Shomo 's favorite album among all the band has ever made. "It talks about the dark side of dealing with mental stress over the last year. I gave it everything I had, musically and lyrically," said the musician. "Is it too dark? Possibly, but it was the most honest I could be about how I felt. I hope everyone is ready to dive into an insane headbanging and rock 'n' roll trip," he concluded.

Caleb also revealed that the new song “The Past Is Dead” was one of the first songs written for the new album. “The video is intended to show the beginning of the journey into the darkest and deepest parts of your mind, which was the fuel I used to make Bellow, ” he explained.
