Last Monday, December 1st, Battle Beast interrupted their performance in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, after the death of a fan.

During the performance, held at the Majestic Music Club, the fan suffered a heart attack in the audience. Paramedics were called, but he did not survive and died at the scene. There is no further information about the incident.

In a statement published on social media, Battle Beast expressed its regret over the incident and offered its condolences to the family.

“Yesterday in Bratislava, we were forced to interrupt the show due to a serious medical emergency in the audience, which tragically resulted in the death of one person. We would like to thank the local team and the promoter for the professional and attentive way they handled the situation. To everyone present, we thank you for your patience, respect and understanding during this very difficult and shocking moment. We share the pain and sorrow that many of you are feeling. Our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased,” wrote the band [transcription via Blabbermouth ].

Opening bands also commented on what happened at the Battle Beast show.

Dominum you for remaining calm, reacting so quickly and trying to help without hesitation. We are immensely grateful for how you came together in such a difficult time.”

Majestica meanwhile , lamented that the night ended tragically. The band also mentioned the audience's quick reaction and offered their condolences to the family.

"Unfortunately, the night ended tragically far too soon. Early in the Battle Beast show, someone suffered a heart attack and sadly did not survive. Our thoughts are with the family. Thank you for being so patient, remaining calm, and reacting so quickly to try and help."
