Shavo makes comments on Facebook.
Shavo Odadjian, the bassist for System Of A Down, posted a series of comments on his official Facebook page explaining to fans the lack of new material from the band.
Among the comments posted, Shavo says: “Okay, I’ll confess. It’s not any of us (Daron, John or Shavo)!! It’s Serj who doesn’t want to make a new album!!! So please stop accusing us of this! We’re just waiting for Serj.”
The bassist also said that, if it were up to him, he would release an album with a new singer: "I'm furious that he let us down, but we need to do something to keep this great band going."
Shavo ends by asking the fans what the band should do: “Should we wait for Serj or record an album with a singer who is as good as, if not better than, him? You decide. I'm confused!”
