The band Barril de Pólvora Gerais has just revealed the cover art for their new single, "Guerreiros Noturnos" (Night Warriors).
The music itself is no longer such a surprise to fans who attended the last shows, as the band played it live. However, only now has the artwork, signed by Carlos Fides, come to light.
Regarding the song, guitarist Emerson Martins says that "Guerreiros Noturnos" is "a tribute to headbangers." The musician also draws an analogy to "nocturnal beings seeking fun, igniting heavy metal shows," he explains.
Barril De Pólvora intended to release this new single in November. However, due to setbacks caused by the pandemic, this deadline was extended to December. The group is working to deliver not only the single, but also the album on schedule. However, the full-length album is expected to be released in 2021.
