Frontman John Baizley said this will be the last chromatic and thematic album.

The band Baroness has officially announced that they will be releasing the album Gold & Grey soon. We previously reported that they played a new song during a show in the United States.

“Borderliness” will be part of the album, which has not yet had its release date announced. Gold & Grey has an incredible cover that, according to frontman John Baizley, is a reflection of the band's last 12 years.

“If you look closely, you’ll find hidden elements,” said the vocalist, “This is the sixth and final piece in our chromatic and thematic albums.”
