In 2020, several bands celebrated their 40th anniversary, and now Bad Religion joins that list of celebrations with a series of special events recorded directly from the legendary Roxy in Los Angeles.

Titled Decades , the band will share an exclusive four-episode series featuring performances, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage from the recording sessions.

As the name suggests, each episode will focus on a decade of the band's existence. The pilot episode, focusing on the 80s, will feature a setlist of classic albums like How Could Hell Be Any Worse , Suffer , and No Control , and will also include discussions about punk and the cultural and political landscape of that time.

The 90s arrive in the second episode, with songs from the defining bands Against The Grain , Generator , Recipe For Hate , Stranger Than Fiction , The Grey Race and No Substance , showing the band's clear evolution.

The new millennium, its mysteries, and expectations are explored in the third episode, along with tracks from the albums The New America , The Process of Belief , The Empire Strikes First , and New Maps of Hell .

In the final episode, more recent albums like The Dissent of Man , True North , and Age Of Unreason will be included in the tracklist, along with accounts from the band about their 40th anniversary and the COVID-19 pandemic (via The Ultimate Music ).

“I can speak for the whole band when I say we were very disappointed that we couldn’t tour this year… Decades will allow new fans, as well as those who were there at the beginning, to have a rich view of our entire career and witness the changes in the lineup at each stage of our evolution,” says vocalist Greg Graffin .

The series premieres on December 12th and runs until January 2nd at 2 PM (Brasilia time). Tickets to watch each episode went on sale yesterday, December 1st, and will cost $15. Click here to secure yours!
