The Foo Fighters frontman responded to the child's father who shared the video
Dave Grohl recently released Play , a mini-documentary showcasing the songwriting process behind a 23-minute instrumental track.
In an official statement, and in the video itself, the Foo Fighters says he was inspired by his children, who are now exploring their musical instruments.
Now, it's Charlie, a baby of just 17 months old, who has been inspired by Grohl. The child's father shared a video where he appears playing with a drum set while watching the documentary Play.
The video reached Grohl, who praised Charlie's work and sent a special message to the boy. See the video and the vocalist's tweet in response below.
He is 17 months old and our little dude Charlie would rather rock out to this incredible song than be watching In the Night Garden or Paw Patrol 😅🤟 pic.twitter.com/L1cOvGIeJX
