Axl Rose thanks fans for attending Guns N' Roses shows "during stressful times"

The band finished their comeback tour last Sunday, the 4th.

Guns N' Roses concluded their We're F'N Back! in North America last Sunday, the 4th. The shows marked the band's return to the stage after the start of the pandemic, and Axl Rose thanked the audience for their presence.

The final performance of this leg of the tour took place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. “Once again, a huge thank you to everyone who came to the shows. A special thank you to everyone for working with us to help protect the safety of each and every one of you, the band crews and the venues, by following COVID protocol. These are stressful times (to say the least) and your cooperation and participation is greatly appreciated,” he wrote in a statement on social media. 

The lead singer was keen to emphasize that the band “did not take [the tour] lightly” in the current global climate. “We really want to thank everyone who came or got involved in any way for making everything great and making things go so well,” he continued.

Finally, Rose thanked Wolfgang Van Halen for opening for the band Mammoth WVH. Recently, Eddie Van Halen 's son joined the band on stage to perform "Paradise City .
