“Rock the Rock”, Axl Rose’s new song, appeared in the Looney Tunes cartoon
After weeks of speculation, Axl Rose officially released the song "Rock the Rock," his first new song in 10 years. The song, and Axl in cartoon form, appeared in an episode of the animated series New Looney Tunes .
The episode, titled “Armageddon Outta Here, Part Two,” aired in December. However, the Boomerang network only confirmed Axl's involvement now.
“Rock the Rock,” which sounds more like an AC/DC than a Guns N' Roses , shows the lead singer and the Bugs Bunny gang forming a band . They destroy an asteroid to the sound of their new song.
The song was written by Rob Janas and Joshua Funk (composer of Looney Tunes). It has not been revealed whether any members of Guns N' Roses played on the track.
