Recent rumors that Axl Rose could be invited to replace Brian Johnson AC/DC 's new tour continue to grow.
Today, TMZ published photos of the Guns N' Roses leaving a rehearsal studio in Atlanta, and moments later, Angus Young, Cliff Williams, and Chris Slade, the entire AC/DC crew, also left the same studio.
So far, no one has issued any official statement, however, Jesse Fink, author of the biography "The Youngs – The Brothers Who Created AC/DC," commented on his Facebook page:
"AC/DC fans, someone VERY, VERY close to the band – who actually works for them – sent me an email saying that the story about Axl Rose in AC/DC is 'totally bogus' and that 'no way would Angus ever think of doing something like that'. It's just social media gossip. Draw your own conclusions.".
Therefore, the story of Axl in AC/DC remains just a rumor for now.
